Product Description：

PL vertical impact crusher has been developed by our company with the material striking against material, material striking against metal. The crusher has passed the national new product identification since 1991, it was awarded as national new product in 1992,and our company got the national patent(patent number 902183745）. It has two models: “Stone -Stone (PL)” and “Stone-Steel (PLST)”. The “Stone -Stone(PL)” can be used in processing hard materials, and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40%;the“Stone-Steel(PLST)”can be used in processing the materials with medium and high degree of hardness and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40-60%. The two types can be changed mutually.

The machine can be widely used in the fields of water conservation and hydropower, refractory matter, construction, high quality building and railway etc. artificial sand-making, especially for the materials with medium and high degree of hardness as well as hard abrasive materials such as granite , basalt, grey greenstone sandstone etc.  it is superior to other machines. In the aspect of artificial sand-making, the capacity of this machine is higher than the capacity of other type machines, which is the most ideal equipment for artificial sand-making.

Remark:
1. The above throughput is decided on the base of adequately and continuously feeding the limestone with loose density 1.6t/m3 and compressive  strength ≤150Mpa, and the material moisture not more than 20%.
2.   For PL series, the product less than 5mm will account for 20%-40%; for PL ST series, the product less than 5mm will account for 40%-60%.
3.   PL(STD)-850 is the single motor driving.
