In order to comply with environmental protection requirements, the production line adopts a fully enclosed plant design, which effectively reduces dust pollution and noise pollution. The structural design of the plant has a service life of 15 years, a safety level of two, a foundation design level of C, and an anti-seismic design with a crack resistance of 6 degrees. It is designed in accordance with the design specifications. The plant area is 8,000 square meters, the production equipment occupies 5,000 square meters, and the finished material occupies 3,000 square meters.

The production line mainly adopts plate feeder, JC series jaw crusher, HPY multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, PLS vertical impact crusher, YKR circular vibrating screen, ZKR linear vibrating screen, DXS bucket wheel sand washing machine, XL Spiral sand washing machine, XH fine sand recovery device and other crushing, sand making, screening and sand washing equipment.

The specific production process of the production line: the mined river pebbles enter the JC jaw crusher, and the rough crushed stone is divided into two parts. The small-size stone is directly screened by the YKR circular vibrating screen. Enter the XL spiral sand washing machine to wash the sand, and then the cleaned stone is screened by the ZKR vibrating screen, and then enters the fine sand recovery device; after the JC jaw crusher is coarsely crushed, the larger particle size stone enters the HPY cone crusher. The crushed stone material enters the PLS vertical impact crusher (sand making machine) for sand making and shaping, then is screened by the YKR circular vibrating screen, and then enters the DXS bucket wheel sand washing machine for sand washing. Then the washed stone material is screened by the ZKR vibrating screen, and then enters the fine sand recovery device. In order to ensure zero sewage discharge, there is a sewage treatment tank after the fine sand recovery device, which is then processed by a plate and frame filter press, which can realize 100% recycling.

Due to the different sizes of sand and gravel raw materials, the feed inlet adopts a two-stage feeding method, which will not produce waste materials, which improves the economic efficiency of the product. The production process is designed with a temporary stacking bin and sand making adjustment bin, which can be separated process natural sand and machine-made sand and gravel, start and run separately. It can reduce energy consumption and downtime for maintenance and repair, ensure the production capacity of sand and gravel, and improve efficiency; the sewage generated in the production of sand and gravel is treated by a plate and frame filter press, which can realize "100% recycling and recycling, zero sewage discharge"; The production line is designed according to the production capacity of 400 t/h, and the equipment layout adopts centralized layout, which reduces the area occupied by the construction plant and saves the project construction investment: the use of a fully enclosed plant and the main equipment sinking to the underground structure reduces the noise during production and the impact on the surrounding environment.
