Overview

JC Series Jaw Crushers are new type ones developed based on the introduction and absorption of US and Europe technologies on crushers. They are the preferred primary crushers for any kinds of rocks.

Product Features

1. “V” type of crushing chamber, the throughput capacity will be increased by 15-20% compared with the normal crushing chamber.

2. The discharge opening applies the hydraulic adjusting unit, the optimized chamber and motion parameter make the product have greater through capacity for same clearance.

3. The wedge adjustment for CSS achieves infinite adjustment, which is quick and convenient.

4. Optimal design of kinematics parameter and crushing chamber increase processing capacity and crushing performance.

Working Principle

Electrical motor drives the belt wheel to make the swing jaw move following the specific track by eccentric shaft. After the materials enter into the crushing chamber, they are crushed between the two jaw plates by impacting, bending, and striking, and then discharged from the discharge opening.
