Multiple uses of tailings recycling
1. Recycled sand and gravel aggregates for tailings, many people know that it can be used to process recycled sand and gravel aggregates, including waste rock, which can be used to process sand and gravel aggregates, and has a wide range of uses.
2. Concrete fine aggregate tailings can be used for low-strength commercial concrete (such as C15, C20) or asphalt concrete. When used as concrete fine aggregate, there are certain requirements for the particle size of the tailings. When the particle size does not meet the requirements, the tailings need to be screened. Because coarse sand will make concrete dry, its viscosity will decrease, and workability will not be good; ultra-fine sand not only makes the concrete easy to segregate, but also requires a large amount of water, thereby increasing the amount of cement.
3. Production of building materials. At present, there are many tailings building materials that have been opened for processing at home and abroad. Common products include glass-ceramics, building ceramics, tailings cement, cast stone products, glass products, tailings fertilizers and lime sand bricks (free burning brick) etc.
Tailings recovery and reuse processing flow
To process the tailings into gravel aggregates or concrete aggregates, the tailings need to be crushed, sand made, screened and sand washed. 1. Broken tailings
First, after the tailings are removed by the vibrating feeder, they enter the jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then are sent to the cone crusher or impact crusher by the belt conveyor for the second crushing. This process is mainly based on the tailings it depends on the size and output after initial crushing.
2. Sand making from tailings
If the particle size of the tailings crushed by the crusher meets the requirements for sand making, it will enter the tailings vertical impact sand making machine to make sand, and the tailings will be crushed and shaped by the sand making machine. Mineral sand can be used in sand a nd gravel aggregates and concrete aggregates.
3. Tailings screening
In the process of crushing and sand making of tailings, vibrating screen equipment is needed to screen the materials, and the unqualified materials are returned to the crushing and sand making equipment for further processing.
The processed tailings machine-made sand can be used to make concrete, pavement materials, highways, railways and other industries, and can also be used as raw materials such as cement, refractory materials, glass, concrete aggregates, and tiles.
