The sand making machine on the market requires the moisture content of the sand making material to be less than 20%, which is very important. The working process of the sand making machine is generally as follows: the material is fed by the feeder, crushed by the jaw crusher, and then enters the sand making machine, after passing through the vibrating screen; the sand is washed with the sand washing machine. The finished product rate of the output particle size of the sand making machine is also related to the brittleness of the ore and the size of the incoming particles. For the easily broken ore (brittle ore), the smaller the incoming particle size of the sand making machine, the qualified rate of the finished product after the sand making machine. It will be higher, and vice versa, control the water content of the ore and the brittleness of the material during use.
So, why should we strictly abide by the feeding specifications of the sand making machine? The material enters the sand making machine from the hopper and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the distributor and is in the impeller. Rapid acceleration, its acceleration can reach several times the acceleration of gravity, it ejects from the three evenly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-80 meters per second. First, crush part of the material distributed around the distributor, and then hit the material lining in the vortex tube cavity. The material lining rebounds and strikes diagonally upwards at the top of the vortex cavity, and then changes its moving direction and downwards, the material emitted from the impeller runner forms a continuous material.
We can crush according to the working principle of the above sand making machine. After the raw material enters the sand making machine, the impeller distributes the raw material into the flow channel, and the ejection force of the impeller is constant. If the material is too large, the ejection force is not enough. When it collides with the free falling material around the distributor, the force is not enough. The material cannot be crushed to the specified size by impact; if the material is too small, the ejection force will be too large, and it cannot collide with the free falling material around the distributor, let alone crush the material to the specified size. Therefore, in the production of sand making machines, the feeding specifications must be strictly observed.
