After crushing, the materials in the sand making station can be directly divided into finished sand and gravel products of different particle sizes through the screening station.

Jaw crusher: As a jaw crushing station for coarse crushing, the compressive strength is up to 320MPa, which can be used for primary crushing of high-hardness materials in various industries.

Cone crusher: adopts laminated crushing, with material layer protection device. The feed size is 0-360mm, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, large output, and high efficiency, low wear cost of wearing parts, extremely high reliability, high-quality finished material particle shape, compact transportation size, and convenient transportation.

Sand making machine: This is the key equipment in the entire granite sand making process. Since the finished product processed by the cone crusher contains more needles and flakes, it is necessary to use an impact sand making machine to perform an optimized shaping treatment. The sand making machine adopts two crushing mechanisms of "stone beat stone and stone beat iron", and the discharge size is uniform and cubic, and the finished product is of high quality.

Only by selecting the appropriate sand making equipment can the output of the production line and the particle size gradation of the finished product be guaranteed in the later stage.
