Jiangxi 500 t/h sand aggregate production line is designed by Luoyang Dahua for limestone crushing and sand making. The whole production line adopts the fully automated operation process, the production efficiency is higher and the working efficiency is more optimized. The project adopts green environment-friendly sealed workshop to avoid dust pollution and protect the local ecological environment, which corresponds to the national call for green production.

Production line configuration: ZSW1560 vibrating feeder, JC125 jaw crusher, GPY300 hydraulic cone crusher, PLS1200 sand making machine, vibrating screen, 2XL spiral sand washing machine, DXS bucket wheel sand washing machine, and GZG vibrating feeder.
