Crushing machine
In the actual production process, the abnormal wear of wear parts is not only related to the structural defects of the stone crushing machine, but also mainly related to the hardness of the material, the particle size of the material, the lubrication effect of the equipment is not ideal and environmental factors.
(1) Defects in crushing machine structure. The main reason of machine abrasion is mostly due to the installation defects of equipment, such as small clearance of structural parts, structural parts are skewed, and unreasonable installation Angle, etc., which leads to the operation of machine parts is not smooth or uneven contact strength, resulting in serious local wear.
(2) The hardness of the material is too large. Material hardness is an important factor affecting the crushing efficiency of the crusher, and also the main factor leading to the wear of teeth plate, crushing cavity and other parts directly in contact with the ore block. The greater the hardness of the material is, the greater the difficulty of crushing is. So that the crushing efficiency of the crusher is reduced, the wear speed is accelerated, and the service life of the crusher is shortened.
(3) Improper feed particle size. If the feeding size is improper, it will not only affect the crushing effect, but also lead to serious wear of teeth plate, thrust plate and liner and other components. When the feeding size is too large, the sliding structure of the crusher will be more seriously damaged.
Grinding machine
The main reasons for the wear of these wear parts include improper choice of lining plate, abnormal operation of ball mill, long running time of ball mill, corrosion in wet grinding environment, mismatch between lining plate and grinding ball material, etc.
(1) Improper choice of lining plate of ball mill. Improper choice of lining material will greatly reduce its fatigue strength and life.
(2) The ball mill is not running normally. The abnormal operation of the ball mill will increase the wear of the liner.
(3) Long running time of ball mill. The ball mill largely determines the processing capacity of the concentrator, if the maintenance and repair cannot be carried out in time, the wear and aging of the protective pad and lining board will be aggravated.
Screening machine
The wear reasons of the wear parts of screening machine are the properties of ore, the excessive amount of ore and the impact of materials.
(1) Mineral properties. For screening machine, the most common problem that affects screening efficiency is screen blockage, and the degree of screen blockage is closely related to the shape and water content of the feeding materials. If the water content of the ore is too high, the ore will be relatively sticky, not easy to separate, resulting in blockage of the sieve; The ore particles are long strips, which are relatively difficult to pass through the sieve, and will also cause blockage of the sieve hole.
(2) The feeding amount is too large. In production, it is usually required to feed the ore evenly and stably as far as possible to avoid overload operation. Excessive ore feeding will not only reduce the screening efficiency, but also deposit or ore pressing phenomenon, resulting in screen damage, coupling fracture, screening box cracking and other faults.
(3) Material impact. For the crushing system of screening machine, the strongest force in operation is the impact force of the feeding. Strong impact not only leads to screen rupture, but also damage the body of the equipment and the bolts.
