The 2000 t/h limestone crushing production line designed and manufactured by Luoyang Dahua has been put into operation sucessfully. The production line is equipped with a dust-proof system, and the dust cover of vibrating screen is flexible and adjustable. Limestone crushing process
Limestone processing is generally through crushing, screening and washing, to make aggregates that conform to the grading. The production of limestone aggregate needs to design a complete processing system. Because the limestone raw ore mined from the mine has a large particle size, the first step is to carry out coarse crushing, and then the shaping, transportation and screening for medium and fine crushing.

Limestone impact crusher
The limestone impact crusher has a larger crushing ratio and can make full use of the high speed impact energy of the whole rotor. Because the hammer of the impact crusher is easy to wear out, it is limited in the application of crushing hard materials. The impact crusher is usually used to break rough, medium or fine brittle materials such as limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, iron ore sulfide, gypsum and chemical raw materials.
