1. Check granularity of feeding materials, whether they are big or not.
2. Check whether there are pit on the roller surface. The pit damaged on the surface will cause the roller presser vibrating and damage the reducer and motor subsequently. Under such situation, the output is inevitably affected, so should weld the surface in time.
3. Check whether the main bearing is damaged or not. If the bearing is damaged, it will cause the roller presser vibration, troubleshoot timely.
4. Check the reducer's bearing and tooth surface. If they are damaged, it will cause roller presser vibration and motor current fluctuation.
