During working process, the vibrating screen will vibrate frequently that affected from the bearing, now, let's talk about the reasons:

1. Eccentric vibration of exciter

If the vibration reason is caused by the exciter, increase the eccentric block weight, adjust the amplitude; if it is caused by the motor, the amplitude is adjusted depending on the exciting force that is set by changing the included angle of end eccentric blocks. The included angle becomes small, the exciting forces increases, the amplitude becomes larger, and vise versa.

2. Bearing radial internal clearance

The experimental result of the vibrating screen bearing shows that the smaller or the bigger radial clearance will generate great vibration of bearing system. When the bearing clearance is too small, it will cause high-frequency vibration; when the radial clearance is too big, it will cause low-frequency vibration.

3. Bearing geometric accuracy

The large exciting force leads to bearing burden large radial force, resulting in a strong vibration. The higher the precision bearing, the smaller the vibration is.

4. Bearing friction and lubrication

Bearing is main vibration force that comparatively difficult to control. Because of the vibrating screen is to rely on a lot of exciting force to maintain work, so the bearing of the radial force is very big, vibrating screen in the process of work, a lot of exciting force will cause the elastic vibration of bearing system. If bad lubrication can produce large friction bearing temperature rise too high, thermal expansion is too large, the radial clearance is significantly reduced, exacerbating the friction, temperature rise further improved.

5. Outer ring matches with supporting hole

Cooperate with the outer ring and supporting hole will affect the vibration transfer, tighter coordination will force rolling deformation, increase the shape error, and rise in vibration. A loose fit can make the clearance in the oil film damping effect. If the material property of outer ring and supporting hole are greatly different, the adding rubber damping ring placed between them will restrain the vibration transfer.
