1. The stone must be spread in the middle of distributor, do not directly feed the stones into the crushing cavity to make the liner plate wear no uniformly caused by crusher overload.
2. The maximum feed size of cone crusher should not equal to the feeding opening.( The max. feeding size is equal or less to 85% of the feeding opening), otherwise, it would reduce the crusher productivity, and damage the parts of cone crusher.
3. It is not allowed to start with load.
4. Stop feeding the materials firstly, and completely discharge all the stones, finally stop the crusher.
5. Should check the pressure of locking system and the hydraulic station during working process， find the problem and dispose.
