The working process of sand production line is optimized from the following aspects：
1. The operator should check whether the vortex chamber inspection door is closed to prevent the materials are splashed from the inspection door.
2. Check the impeller rotating direction from the feed opening. The rotating direction should be counter clockwise rotation. If it is not so, the electric connection should be adjusted.
3. The machine starting sequence should be: discharging device – sand making machine – feeding device. The crusher must start without load, feeding the materials until the crusher running normally. Machine stop sequence is contrary.
4. The granularity of feeding materials should be strictly controlled according to the requirements. The materials with size larger than the specified size should be prohibited.
5. When the discharging device stops, should immediately stop feeding.
6. Stop the machine regularly to open the inspection door, checking the inner wear situation, central feeding pipe, conical cap, top and bottom impeller, and liner plate, etc.
