Roller crusher has two types: double rollers and single roller. While double roller crusher is the most common crusher.
Working principle:
Working principle please see Fig.5-30. The materials are feed from the top of crusher, the two rollers rotate relatively. The friction between material and roller surface makes material enter into chammer and be crushed. After crushing, the material drop out from discharge gap.
Feature:
1. Tooth roller crusher is using wearing-resisting roller to rotate in high speed for spliting crushing.
2. Two electric motor drive the two roller to rotate in relative direction through V belt. During crushing, the materials enter into crushing chamber from the hopper ,and crushed by the the two rollers. After crushing, the material drop out from discharge gap.
3. Simple structure, easy maintenance, and low operating cost.
4. Adjustable discharge gap can meet customer's need for the discharging granularity.
