2. Material filling amount
The filling amount of the material has a very important relationship with the output of the crusher. When the material filling amount is too small, the material cannot fill every broken layer, then the output will definitely decrease; when the filling amount is too large, the material fills the crushing chamber. Full, but the material is compacted, it is not easy to laminate and crush, the material does not easily pass through the crushing chamber, resulting in low output of the crusher and poor quality. 3. Moving cone rotation speed
The rotational speed of the moving cone is an important factor affecting the output of the crusher. If the rotation speed is too slow, the material will slide through the crushing cavity along the contour of the moving cone liner, and it takes a long time to pass through the crushing chamber, so the yield is definitely low, and the particle size of the product is also deteriorated; the material will almost never be discharged downwards. Even if it is broken, there will be a stagnation time after the material is broken, and the clogging phenomenon will definitely occur.
4. The length of the laminated broken zone
The starting point of the parallel zone is the plugging point of the crushing cavity, and the shorter the length of the parallel zone, the lower the position of the plugging point, which is equivalent to increasing the actual moving cone diameter of the crushing cavity, resulting in higher yield, but then the broken product The quality will deteriorate; the longer the length of the parallel zone, the higher the position of the plugging point, and the yield will decrease, but the quality of the product will be better. The parallel belt is longer, and the ore and discharge ports are relatively small, and the finer product size can be obtained. Generally, the short head type with a longer parallel strip is placed as a fine crush after being placed in the middle. 5. Eccentricity size
The magnitude of the precession angle directly determines the eccentricity of the crusher and the swinging stroke of the discharge port. When the precession angle becomes larger, the eccentricity of the crusher and the swing stroke of the discharge port become larger, and the material is more likely to fall freely, so the yield is increased, but the number of times the material is crushed and broken in the crushing chamber is reduced, resulting in The quality of the product decreases; when the precession angle becomes small, the eccentricity of the crusher and the swinging stroke of the discharge port become smaller, resulting in a longer time for the material to pass through the crushing chamber, and the yield is lowered, but the material is more likely to be broken. 6. Tight side discharge opening size
The size of the tight side discharge port determines the output of the cone crusher.
