1. Before driving, check whether the bolts of the rod mill are tight, whether the seals are good, and whether the rotating part interferes with the non-rotating parts.
2. Rod mill couplings and drive shaft heads must use protective covers. The manhole cover must be tightened to prevent the bolt from breaking and causing the manhole cover to fly out.
3. The no-load test run must reach 2 hours, and check that the temperature of the main bearing should not be greater than 60℃, and there should be no abnormal noise in the gear.
4. After the test run is qualified, carry out a load test run, load according to the specified load before operation, when it reaches 50% load, run for 2-4 hours, and then increase the load every half an hour until full load, and check whether the components are abnormal.
5. During the operation of the mill, it is strictly prohibited to engage in any disassembly and maintenance work.
6. Always pay attention to the wear of the liner during use. When the individual liner is damaged, the mill is not allowed to work.
7. The following items should be specially checked each time the grinding is stopped: the correctness of gear meshing, and whether the fixing bolts and nuts at the foundation, bearing, end cover, hole cover and large gear are loose.
8. When the grinding is stopped for a long time, the grinding body should be poured out to prevent the cylinder from deforming. When the grinding is stopped in summer, when the temperature of the main bearing drops to normal temperature, stop the cooling system; when the grinding is stopped in winter, the cooling water in the main bearing cooling pipe needs to be blown out with compressed air to prevent the main bearing cooling pipe from freezing and cracking.
9. When carrying out the inspection and repair inside the cylinder, contact the relevant personnel in advance to prevent the grinding machine from rotating and hurting people.
10. After stopping the machine, check the fastening screws of all parts. If there is any looseness, it cannot be handled on the same day. Records should be made and comprehensive maintenance of the equipment is required.
