♦ Attentions for the use of vibrating screen
1. Preparation before start-up of vibrating screen
The operator of the vibrating screen should know the structure and working principle of vibrating screen well. Before start-up of vibrating screen, operator should check the status of driving belt, tire coupling, the condition of screen mesh and the status of other components. Should get all following things well before start. For example, screw connection parts are reliable and fastening, electrical components works well, vibrator shaft is flexible, bearing lubrication situation are in good condition.
2. Start-up and stop of vibrating screen
Vibrating screen is generally used in crushing and screening or washing process. It requires no-load start and stop when start-up and stop, needs to start by the inverse process and stop by forward process.
When start vibrating screen, it is necessary to close knife switch, connect the circuit to the electricity grid, press the start button.
Except for the special accident, it doesn't allow stopping with load, press the stop button to stop sieving machine.
3. Lubrication of vibrating screen
Lubrication for vibrating screen mainly refers to the lubrication for vibrator bearing. It is also necessary to lubricate drive gear for some forced synchronous linear vibrating screen. According to the operating instructions, drive motor should be lubricated with grease when maintenance screen every year.
♦ Attentions for the maintenance of vibrating screen
1. During machine operation, the temperature of the main shaft should be paid of great attention, usually the temperature should not above 40℃, the highest temperature should not over 60℃.
2. During operation, attention should be paid to the noise of the screen. The vibration of the screen should be stable and make sure there is no abnormal swing phenomenon. When swing phenomenon happens, immediate check of the four supporting springs should be undertook to make sure whether they are broken.
3. During machine operation, please make regular checking of the machine wearing. Replace with new ones immediately when parts are worn out.
4. Make regular check whether the screen is loose or not and make sure there is no mineral leakage due to the partial worn out of the screen. If above situation happens, please stop the machine and have it repaired immediately.
5. Make sure the bearing part of the screen is well lubricated. When the bearing is well installed and there is no heating, oil leakage phenomenon, please lubricate the bearing every week by using the oil gun. Every two months, please disassemble the bearing shell, cleaning the bearing and injecting the new lubricant.
The lubrication of the vibrating screen has grease-lubrication and thin-oil lubrication two types. For puller lubricated by grease-lubrication, we should adapt high quality hydroxy-acid lithium grease with application temperature between -30-120℃. Additionally, for the new installed vibrating screen, after 80 hours running, please replace the lubricant once. Thereafter, please replace the lubricant every 300 hours running. During winter and summer, due to the atmosphere temperature difference, please adapt lubricant with different viscosity. When inject the lubricant, please keep the oil gun adapter and filter neat and tidy to avoid the dust falls into the oil chamber.
