Crusher cavity is consisted of swing jaw and fixed jaw, swing jaw plate is the main part and the easiest part to be worn, which has short working life, normally is 1-3 month or even shorter. Jaw crusher which is not worn heavily can be repaired to use again.
Following is the repairment methods of jaw crusher:
1. Repairment of crusher is mainly depending on surfacing.
2. Part to be welded should be polish to reduce height of 2-3 mm before welding.
3. Main frame should be not heated heavily, peening after be welded to abolish inner stress.
4. First weld the tooth on the first floor, then second floor to avoid being heated heavily.
5. Weld quickly, lateral oscillation slowly, with small diameter welding rod and little current.
6. Cool quickly, casting can be placed in the water, leave the part to be welded on the surface, quench finally.
