Should take no-load test for 2-6 hours and load test for 24-48 hours after the installation of crusher machine. No-load test is an overall inspection that takes after the installation of machine without feeding materials, including electrical equipment, interlock system like feeding, discharging, lubrication etc, test of lubrication system, water supply and hydraulic station, as well as working condition of each part.
No-load test should meet the following requirements:
1. Each interlock system should comply with the design requirements when start and stop procedure.
2. All fasteners should be tightening without loose.
3. All lubricating points are in normal condition, without oil leakage.
4. The temperature rising of bearing should not exceed 300 c.
5. All adjusting mechanism should be flexible, and reach the specified adjustment scope.
6. All friction parts shall free from scratch, burn, and grinding etc.
7. For the jaw crusher, flywheel should rotate stably, for the gyratory crusher and cone crusher, should sound impacting or periodicity noise, and the rotation of crushing cone should not exceed 15 rpm.
Load test should be carried after the qualified no-load test, feed materials from half load to full load.
Load test should meet the following aspects:
1. For jaw crusher, the swing jaw should move stably; for gyratory crusher or cone crusher, the crushing cone should rotate stably without large vibrating or abnormal sounds.
2. Feed materials in right position, discharge smoothly. The grain size is uniform that meets the design requirement.
3. Lubrication system, cooling system, hydraulic system and electric system are all running well.
4. There is no friction among every part.
5. Supporting ring of cone crusher should not move if there is no non-crushed materials enter into crushing chamber. At the same time, in case the non-crushed materials fall into, they can be discharged quickly.
