There are two kinds of crushing method: mechanical crushing and non-mechanical crushing.
The mechanical crushing method can be divided into squeezing crushing, impact crushing, milling, split crushing and bending according to the exogenic action. While non-mechanical crushing method includes hydraulic fracturing and explosive crushing etc. No matter what method to crush, it always crushes along the most fragile part under the exogenic action.
The crushing and screening work together. There are some materials with smaller granularity than the requirement in crushing materials that need to be crushed. Separate these materials before feeding into the crusher by screen. The crushed materials also contain large grains, which need to be separated again. It is called check screening. In the process of crushing and screening, the technology process that contains coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing and extra-fine crushing is called crushing and screening.
