The impact crusher is mainly used for coarse crushing. The technicians from Luoyang Dahua will analysis the fault and give the solutions.
Fault: The temperature of the bearing is too high.
Reason
(1) The lubrication grease is too much or not enough.
(2) The lubrication is too dirty.
(3) Bearing is broken.
Solution
(1) Check whether the lubrication grease is enough or not. The volume of grease should cover 50% of bearing base volume.
(2) Clean the bearing and change the lubrication grease.
(3) Change Bearing.
Fault: There is sound inside the machine.
Reason
(1) The non-crushed materials fall into the machine.
(2) The liner plate fastener is loose, and hammer hits the liner.
(3) The hammer or the other parts are broken.
Solution
(1) Stop and clean the crushing cavity.
(2) Check the fasten situation of linear plate and the clearance between hammer and liner plate.
(3) Replace the broken part.
Fault: Oversize discharging material
Reason
(1) Because of the worse abrasion of liner plat and hammer, the clearance between them is big.
(2) Both side of impact frame is blocked that the impact frame can not drop down.
Solution
(1) Adjust the clearance between front and back impact frame or replace the liner plate and hammer.
(2) Adjust the position of impact frame to make the clearance between frame side and frame liner plate evenly. Replace the liner plate if needed.
Fault: Vibrating quantity is suddenly increasing.
Reason
(1) Rotor imbalance. (2) Foundation bolt or bearing base bolt loose.
Solution
(1) Reinstall hammer plate and calibrate rotor. (2) Fasten foundation bolt and bearing base bolt.
