(1) Clean oil, defending subjects, and dust on all parts before assembly.
(2) The inspection for parts on site should be made carefully. If parts get damaged or lost during transportation and storage, they must be repaired and mended.
(3) The debris and scars on the friction surface (e.g. bearing house and frame slide-way) during transportation should be cleaned up.
(4) The slot and hollow on the foundation should be cleaned up and the final horizontal tolerance of poured cement level is ±2.5mm without paint on surface.
(5) Check the horizontal position and elevation according to processing and designing drawings especially pay attention on the relevant position of frame and two main motors.
