The quicker swing speed of movable cone, the greater impact number of the material through the crushing chamber, then the particle shape more tidy; but the smaller movable cone swing speed, not only the particle shape go bad, also crusher productivity is declining, so there is a optimal value for movable cone swing speed.
Under the premise of the crushing chamber structure parameters confirmed, the size of the crusher eccentricity and the discharge opening swing form should be decided by precession angle. The bigger the precession angle, the greater the materials impacted in the crushing chamber, then crushing effect is improved, it is good for materials kinematics performance, improving the crusher productivity, but the dynamic performance of machine worsen. The smaller the precession angle is, the worse material crushing effect is, then the productivity is declined, but the dynamic performance improved. Therefore, the precession angle should be set maximum value under the premise of crusher performance allowed.
