1. Please lubricate the bearings of the Ring hammer crusher after running 60 hours.
2. Check the components that have been lifted to see whether they are tightly fastened.
3. Regular check the wearing situation of each component.
4. Please open the cover plate before replacing the hammers. Then take out impact plate and small covers on the upper frame body. Pull the fly wheel by hand and match the bolt with the holes on the other side of the machine frame body and take out the bolt prior to replace the hammer.
The installation requirements of hammer should match below requirements:
a. The weight difference of the symmetrical arranged ring hammer should not over 0.1kg.
b. The weight of each ring hammers should increase sequently along with one direction.
5. Please open the movable cover plate before replacing the screen plate. Then take out the impact plate, movable plate and the component that fixing the screen plate. The last step is to take out the screen plate and replace it.
6. The lubricant within the bearing block should be changed every 3-6 months. The lubricant charges should be 2/3 of the bearing block inner space.
