(1) Check whether the foundation bolts, liner bolts, door bolt are loose or not.
(2) Check every lubrication point at least each four hours to see that whether the temperature of the main bearing, drive bearing or reducer above 55 °or not.
(3) Check whether there is water leakage, oil leakage, or materials leakage, etc. If any happens, should deal with timely.
(4) Record motor current value changes regularly, if it is found that current changes abnormally, stop for inspection.
(5) Check whether the sound of the gear and pinion is normal or not.
(6) In order to ensure normal operation and timely detection of problems, operators should stop grinding machine regularly, check the connection of important parts (main shaft, hollow shaft, cylinder, gear, etc.), check the abrasion of friction surface, and make appropriate treatment of defects and make detailed record which is convenient for grinding machine maintenance.
(7) Lubrication oil adopts the following brands:
Drive bearing and main bearing: winter: machine oil HT – 40; summer: machine oil HT – 50
Transmission gear: winter: Engler viscosity (100 ℃), 13 °E; summer: Engler viscosity (100 ℃), 20°－25°E;
Reducer: winter: HT – 20; summer: HT -30.
(8) After a month use of the lubrication oil for drive bearing and gear reducer, it shall be put out, clean carefully, then change clean lubrication oil. Clean oil should be filtered, lubrication oil should be more viscosity in the south than in the north.
