(1) Check the installation of machine and the circuit of electrical controller.
(2) Check all the joints and bolts, especially the mill roller, roller sheet, inner housing and joint bolts.
(3) Fill lubrication oil into reducers. (Refer to the instruction manual)
(4) Check and make sure there is no foreign matter inside and outside of the main shaft of mill roller which will block rotation or driving, especially no iron chunk and other sundries in the roller spaces.
(5) Directly put adjustment screw to the two rollers, and adjust the adjustment screw according to needed final granularity. Make the adjustment screw rotate 1/4 circle, put movable roller backward for 2.5mm (the screw pitch of adjustment screw is 10mm).
Notice the distance between two rollers should be 2mm or more. Strictly prohibit making two rollers get in touch with each other directly.
(6) Inspect the spring stress of safety adjustment part is even or not. The method of measuring distance can be adopted.
(7) Make sure there is no problem before start test.
(8) Make sure the direction of roller rotating must be correct
