1. Check the machine and electric equipment before starting. Check the bolts and lubrication points. Check the transfer parts and safety parts.
2. Check whether there are obstacles in the machine rotating parts or surroundings. Keep empty when the machine stars.
3. Start the machine after the whole check. Pay attention to the current change.
4. When the machine runs regularly, please obey the instruction to operate the machine. The unload time should not exceed 15 minutes in case damaging the liner plate.
5. Check whether the barrel is leakage or not, pay attention to the current, pressure, feeding and water supply. Check the temperature of motor and main shaft every half hour, the temperature should not exceed 60°С.
6. Pay attention to the hollow shaft and oil ring. Pay attention to the oil mass, temperature of each lubrication parts, and fill oil regularly.
7. Stop feeding the machine before stops the machine. Keep the machine empty before stop it.
8. Clean the working site after the machine stops.
