1. 2. The sand making machine should be added into right amount of grease for 400 hours work time. Open the main shaft assembly and clean the bearings after working 2000 hours. Replace the new bearing up to work 7200 hours.
3. The drive v-belt tensioning force should be adjusted properly, to ensure the v-belt should be grouped selection so that every length of belt as consistent as possible. Two motor current should be adjusted and the difference should no more than 15 A.
4. Because the sand making machine will be high speed running in the process of operation, should special pay attention to safety. The staff should be far away from the equipment, if need to repair, the power must be off before operation.
