Since the dust concentration is high around the equipment during operation, we should strengthen performance management of crusher. The following points should be concerned:
1. Should be in strict accordance with the equipment safety operation regulation for equipment maintenance and use.
2. Regularly check the abrasion situation inside crushing cavity according to the feeding aggregates property.
3. Timely replace wear-out part to avoid damage rotor. At the same time, ensure the same weight of the replaced wear resistant part to keep rotor dynamic balance.
4. Regularly check transmission v belt tightness and wear degree, ensure smooth transmission.
5. Strengthen the motor maintenance, and regularly check motor bearing, etc.
6. Strengthen the maintenance of lubrication station, especially for the overflow valve, level gauge, liquid level switch, pressure switch, and the main parts of the gear pump.
7. Strengthen the monitoring of protective device to ensure the normal work of overload, over current, and short circuit protection device, temperature protection device, oil leakage protection device, and host vibration protection device.
