The vibrating feeder feeds the material, and then the material will be crushed, by primary jaw crusher (the jaw crusher shall install screen to remove dust and thin blocks) from 500 mm to 130 mm or below. Then the secondary crushing will use cone crusher to crush the material from 130 mm to 40mm or below. Then comes with the third crushing with the application of impact crusher, through which the material will be crushed and screened by vibrating screen into 20-40mm. 10-20mm. 5-10mm, 3-5mm that are the required final products.
The limestone aggregates production line procedures are as followed:
The vibrating screen feeds the material and then it will be primarily crushed by jaw crusher, which can crush the material from 500mm to 130mm or below. Then the material goes through the secondary crushing process, through which the material will be crushed by impact crusher. The crushed material then will be classified by vibrating screen into final product. The over-sized material will go to the impact crusher for second crushing until we get the required product.
The equipment needed in aggregates production process:
1. Jaw crusher application scope: mainly used for the coarse and medium crushing process of various mineral ores and large block material.
Its advantage:
① Deep crushing chamber without blind areas that greatly improve the material feeding and output capacity.
② Simple structure, highly reliable and easy-maintenance.
③ With large crushing ratio and the product has even granularity.
Disadvantages: The leaf-shaped material content in the final product has large proportion and the final product cannot be used as the material for express highway surface.
2. Hammer crusher application scope: mainly used for the medium and fine crushing process of various mineral ores and large block material. Such equipment can adjust the grizzly bar space according to the requirement of the customer and change the granularity of the product accordingly.
3. Impact Crusher application scope: Such machine utilizes the high impact force to crusher the material. Impact crusher will mainly be used for the secondary crushing process. Namely "secondary crushing and third crushing."
