6. Force-feed oil lubrication 

It is mainly used for air compressor, internal combustion engine, steam engine, metal cutting machine, etc. The lubrication device is complex, but it is clean and reliable. Lubrication oil supply can be adjusted by the plunger stroke, oil supply is uniform, not continuous.

7. Oil mist lubrication  

The oil mist lubrication method is mainly used in high-speed rolling bearings and enclosed gears, chains, skateboarding, guide etc. Oil mist lubrication device makes the lubrication oil sprayed from the nozzle by the compressed air, and then atomization into the friction surface, and make it precipitated in the saturated state, then let the thin layer of oil film adhered to the friction surface to ensure the lubrication. The amount of oil can be adjusted.

8. Pressure circulation lubrication  

The pressure circulation lubrication device is mainly used for mine hoist, air compressor and some metal cutting machine tools and mechanical equipment of the reducer. Because the oil is used by cycle, and can be uniformly continuous oil supplying. For all kinds of friction surfaces with large load, high speed and more heating, this method is most effective.

9. Centralized lubrication   

The centralized lubrication is mainly used for mine multi rope friction hoist and rolling mill equipment with a large number of lubrication points. For this lubrication system, the small one can be used in a single device, larger one can be used for the whole automatic lubrication system in the workshop. The lubrication method can be manual operation, also can be automatically distributed oil in regular time.

Lubrication is the main purpose of establishing liquid friction on the friction surface of mechanical parts, the liquid friction will greatly reduce the mechanical friction, lighten the mechanical wearing, improve the efficiency and extend the service life of machine. Therefore, the liquid friction must be established on the friction surface of all machinery and equipment parts.
