Rotor is the key part of hammer crusher. The structure, rotation speed and hammer head quantity is the main parameter of rotor, which directly influence the crushing efficiency, production capacity and energy consumption. Rotor is also the power source for the whole machine, the wear resistance, impact resistance, stable power output and whole balancing of rotor are the breakthrough points.

For the single rotor hammer crusher: the rotor rotated in a fixed direction and arranged in multi-row. The coupling that installed in the main shaft contacts with electric motor. The discharge grizzly bar is installed on the bottom, its clearance has close relationship with particle size. If change the crushing ratio, should change the grizzly bar with different clearance. The machine shell is made from welded steel plate, the upper side is feed inlet, and the inner side is casted liner plate. 

For the double rotor hammer crusher: materials are crushed by hammer impact force. The rotor is composed of cast steel and hammer head that made from cast manganese steel. The steel plates of rotor are cross-mounted on the shaft. Hammer is fixed between the plates. Every axis has a flywheel.
