In the process of or dressing, we need crushing equipment, milling equipment, screening equipment, grading equipment and sorting equipment to realize separating of high grade mineral. In this process, we should adhere to the principle of "more crushing and less grinding", suitable choose crusher, grinder and separation equipment to achieve the purpose of high efficiency, energy saving, low consumption and eco-friendly.
I. Crushing equipment
According to the working principle and feature, the crushing equipment can be divied into jaw crusher, cone crusher, roller crusher, and impact crusher, etc.
1. Jaw crusher
The swing jaw plate does reciprocating motion around fixed jaw plat to crush the materials. According to the motion trail, it can be divided into simple pendulum jaw crusher and compound pendulum jaw crusher.
2. Cone crusher
The taper surface moving close to the fixed cone periodically makes the materials between these two parts to be crushed by squeezing and bending. It has gyratory crusher for coarse crushing and cone crusher for medium and fine particle size.
3. Roller crusher
The working part consists of two rollers which are rotated relatively. The friction between material and roller surface makes material enter into chamber and be crushed.
The roller surface has tooth, so it is called toothed roller crusher. According to the tooth number, it can be divided into single toothed roller crusher, double toothed roller crusher and multi-toothed roller crusher.
4. Impact crusher
Materials are broken by the striking board that fixed in the rotated rotor, and impact on the impacting plate for further crushing.
II. Milling Machine
Ball milling machine and rod milling machine are commonly used milling equipments. Among ball milling machine, currently only grate type and overflow type are used.
1. Grate Type Ball Milling Machine
All the grate type milling machine shares the same structure, the cylinder of the milling machine is made of casting rolled steel plate. Between two ends a flywheel is casted. A liner is installed in the cylinder, which thickness is around 50-130 millimeters The space between the cylinder and liner is filled with plywood, asbestos pad or plastic and rubber spacer to relief the impact force given by the steel ball to the cylinder.
2. Overflow type milling machine
Overflow type milling machine discharges the material by relying on the height of the material is higher than the hollow shaft, so the material goes out initiatively. As a consequence, there is no need to install the heavy grate plate. Besides, in order to avoid the smaller ball discharging with the material, a spiral vane is installed on the surface of the hollow shaft bushing.
3. Rod milling machine
Rod milling machine adopted by dressing plant share the common structure with overflow type milling machine. But the grinding medium is placed by long round bar.
