The structure of PC series hammer crusher
1. The machine is composed of frame, rotor, screen and hammer head etc. The rotor is driven by the belt through electric motor, the materials are crushed by receiving the impacting force from the hammer head that generated by rotor rotation.
2. The frame has upper and lower parts. The liner plate is installed inside the inner wall to avoid abrasion.
3. The rotor consists of rotor shaft, bearing, hammer dish, and hammer head etc. The hammer dishes are installed in the shaft, which are separated by sleeve. The hammer hang on the hammer shaft and moves with the rotation of rotor shaft.
4. Grizzly bar is inside the groove that on the both side of grate frame. The eccentric gear is installed on the bottom of grate frame to adjust the clearance between hammer and grate.
The installation of PC series hammer crusher
1. The machine should be installed on the concrete foundation.
2. In order to reduce the vibration in case affecting the surrounding buildings, the hard wooden plate or other anti-vibration materials should be inserted between the foundation and machine.
3. Keep straightness of motor belt pulley and rotor belt pulley.
4. Choose suitable electrical components according to the machine power.
5. Tighten all fasteners during installation and test run.
