1. Adopt three steps crushing process, the stones firstly enter into the jaw crusher, and then into the impact crusher, utilizing the impacting force to crush the stones again, finally being reshaped by sand making machine to effectively reduce the needle and flake content to ensure the aggregates in cube shape.
2. In order to reduce the soft stone content in pavement aggregates, the vibrating screen is used to screen the attle with the size below 2.36mm after crushing by impact crusher. The attles are used as the base materials.
3. After the stones being reshaped by sand making machine, use vibrating screen to separate the aggregates that larger than the needed maximum particle size, and then use belt conveyor to transport back the stones to sand making machine for further crushing to avoid the large particle size aggregates waste.
Mechanism sand and dedusting adopt specialized impact crushing machine to produce sand. The sands have shape normalization, coarse surface, good angularity, closely engaged between fine and coarse aggregates, stable structure and good wear resistance.
We should pay attention to the following points during actual production:
1. Equip with dedusting device according to the sand making machine's production capacity to absorb dust in the process of crushing to reduce the dust content.
2. Add hair dryer cover at the discharge opening, build steel frame shed, and hang shading net on the steel frame with sprinkler heads on the top to reduce the environment pollution effect.
