High way pavement aggregate cleanliness and good surface adhesion properties, is an important factor in improving the quality of asphalt concrete pavement. Clean pavement surface layer material can reduce pollution in the road construction; meanwhile reduce overall costs pavement engineering, economic and social benefits significantly. Pavement Aggregate production, processing washing process has been widely used in many highway projects under construction. Road aggregate washing method features as follows:
1. Aggregate crushing through three or four screening can reduce weak particle content and flakiness content, improve aggregate quality.
2. Sand making machine with high-power dust removal equipment, hairdryer cloth setting in the discharge opening, erection of steel shed, greenhouse shade nets hanged, the top sprinkler facilities spraying amount of water, can effectively reduce dust and pollution of the surrounding environment.
3. Applying the high-pressure water pipe network above the vibrating screen , can clean the aggregates comprehensively, fast and effectively .reducing the particle content that under 0.075mm.
4. Using lime water to wash aggregate, can increase aggregate surface cleanliness and surface basic, enhanced adhesion of asphalt.
5. Using five sedimentation pond technology, recycling wash water, ensure clean water, can save water resources.
