Crusher, through the perfect balance, can eliminate the damage to the base in the high frequency. Therefore, the main shaft of crusher must be fixed with a balanced load. This load should be installed in the opposite direction of electric cone tilting, and synchronous rotation with eccentric sleeve. Compared with the ordinary eccentric cone crusher, the only difference is that reassemble the bearing support of eccentric sleeve.
Eccentric sleeve base changed and add the counterbalance, and with the help of a spherical connection installed on the main shaft of movable cone, through the handle gear connection with eccentric sleeve between them. The counterbalance and eccentric sleeve have a common set of thrust bearing plate. Counter balance synchronous rotation with eccentric sleeve and produce a centrifugal force. Centrifugal force equally applies to the eccentric sleeve, balance weight and feeding plate, but in contrast to that of movable cone.
Counterbalance has the following function:
1. Balance the crusher base;
2. Keep movable cone in spherical connection with no-load; the real size of outlet can be decided when no-load, and this size same as outlet size of the actual work. At the same time, the balance load on the wall of eccentric sleeve mainly acts on the lower part of thick layer, this load is usually smaller than the upper load. The uniform load acting on different height of eccentric sleeve can make the rotation shaft be on a more definite position.
