1. The machine body has strong vibration. The severe damages of spare parts on the compeller may likely lead to the problem.
The feeding size of the mateiral is oversized or there is congestion around the compeller. The way to solve the prolbem is to replace the wearing parts with new ones or small the size of the feeding material.
2. The granularities of the mateiral is oversized. The lossen of the triangle belt may likely lead to this problem. The solution is to tighten the triangle belt.
3. Idle resistance increasing is because of the sealing cover is filled with matrials. The solution is to clean up the sealing cover.
4. Bearing Overheating. Lack of lubrication, dust congestion or bearing damage is likely to lead such problem. The best way to resolve the problem is to grease the bearing, clean up the bearing or replace with a new one. 5. Metal collision sound. The generation of the phenomenon lies in line plate falling off or compeller spare parts break down. The solution of such problem is to tighten spare parts.
