Screening can be divided into the following categories:
1.Preparation Screening
When screening is to provide different graded for sorting operation choice of mineral, it called preparation screening. Such as gravity separation and magnetic separation before mining, screening. In the coal industry, various kinds of coal preparation equipment shall provide appropriate fraction of raw coal, too thick chunk can't sorting, and superfine particles are difficult to recycle.
2.Secondary screening

3.Independent screening

4.Dehydration screening
The material that accompanied by a large amount of water (such as slurry, slurry, ore pulp, etc.) as raw materials for the screen to removal of liquid for the purpose of screening is called dehydration screening. On the one hand, can improve the quality of products, convenient for storage and transportation, on the other hand, can be recycled water for recycling.
