1. Crushing Method
Press, cut, grind and impact are the crushing method. Crusher use one or several of crushing method. The consumption and wearing order is as following:
Grinding, cutting, impacting and squeezing.
The consumption of squeezing is low and the wearing is small. But the selection of crusher should consider the other factors as feeding size and crushing ratio. The materials situation and machine's sturdiness and cost should be considered also.
2. Crusher Type
The main crushing type and machine that used in cement plant are as follows:
Working in squeezing principle: jaw crusher, gyratory crusher and cone crusher
Working in impacting principle: hammer crusher and impact crusher
Working together with squeezing and impacting principle: roller crusher and tooth cutting crusher
