1. The jaw crusher should be set in dry room if it will be not used for a long time. If it must be set in out door, it should be put in flat ground which cover wooden board and covered by cloth.
2. Rust protection: Check the surface of jaw crusher to confirm if need painting all or just some parts. As for metal parts which naked should be painted by grease.
3. Disassembly for accumulator of jaw crusher. If it need be stored by long time, the accumulator should be disassembled. Put it in dry place. Make sure the cleaning of surface. Charge it each month.
4. Motor Dealing of Jaw Crusher: Before store the jaw crusher, the cooling water should be discharged and the motor oil should be changed. Filling the fuel tank with diesel. Start the motor each month in order to avoid rusting. Noted: full fill the cooling water before starting and discharge it when over.
