In the process of sand making production, we should pay attention to the following points:
1. Feed the materials according to the specified size to avoid exceeding the required size. Keep cleanliness of feed materials to avoid the toughness sundries like root enter into the rotor so as to prevent more abrasion for the rotor or generate unbalanced impacting or block the rotor.
2. The iron separator should be installed in the belt conveyor to avoid iron piece enter into rotor.
3. Should keep the reasonable and safe feeding.
4. Should master the water content of raw materials. If the raw materials with small moisture, they will generate more dust, which will cause environmental pollution; If the moisture is large, the raw materials are easy to stick on the rotor, thus reducing the productivity and easier to block the sieve hole during screening to reduce screening ratio.
5. Must be based on the physical properties of raw materials and the actual production conditions to take repeated practice experiment to adjust the grain size distribution, draw the reasonable grading curve.
Due to the high dust concentration, the dust recovery device should be added at the outlet. Take regular maintenance during production.
