1. The small filtering area of bag filter can not reach the optimal dedusting effect.
2. When the crushed materials with comparatively high humidity, they are easy to block the feeder, and thus reducing the delivery volume of bag filter.
3. The dust enters into the pipe of dedusting device, the elbow at the inlet increases the system resistance and is easy to be worn and blocked by the powder and dust.
4. Air and matrials fall into the closed dust hood in the process of transporting materials by the belt conveyor, the air mixed with dust are diffused through the hole or gap in the hood to pollute environment.
5. In order to reduce the dust diffusion caused by crusher cover leakage, when the materials are dry, people will spray water at the inlet resulting in the feeder blocked or the bag filter pasted.
6. Bag filter is easy to fail, which not only influence the dedusting effect, but also increase the repair cost.
