I. Main machine emergency stop
Reason: 1. The discharge opening is blocked, thus causing the crushing cavity blocked.
2. V-belt is too loose that cause belt sliding.
3. Eccentric shaft sleeve is loose that there is no gap between frame and the side of bearing set, thus making the eccentric shaft blocked.
4. Work voltage is too low, the crusher can not crush big materials.
5. Bearing is damaged.
Solution: 1. Clean the blocked materials at the discharge opening to ensure smooth discharging.
2. Tighten or change V-belt.
3. Reinstall or change tighten sleeve.
4. Increase the site voltage to meet the working requirement.
5. Replace bearing.
II. The grooved pulley and movable jaw run well, but the crushing work stops
Reason: 1. The spring breaks. 2. Pull rod fractures. 3. Toggle plate falls off or breaks.
Solution: 1. Change new spring. 2. Change new pull rod. 3. Reinstall or replace toggle plate.
III. Discharge grain size not meets the requirement
Reason: 1. The hardness or toughness of crushed materials exceed the specified limits.
2. Opposite motor wiring, main driver opposite run (movable jaw clockwise rotation), or motor delta connection in Y connection.
3. Discharge opening is smaller than the specified limits.
4. The shift of jaw plate, relative to the top of the teeth.
5. Work voltage is too low.
6. Bigger clearance between swing jaw and bearing after abrasion makes the rotation of bearing outer ring.
Solution: 1. Replace or increase the number of crusher.
2. Change the wire connection.
3. Adjust the discharge opening to the specified nominal discharge size and increase the number of fine crusher.
4. Check toothed plate and tooth space, if not conformity with the standard, need to replace the jaw plate and adjust the relative position of the fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate to ensure the tooth bite each other to prevent shift.
5. Increase the site voltage to meet the working requirement.
6. Change bearing or movable jaw.
IV. Fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate strike each other during working process
Reason: 1. The fastening bolt of jaw plate is loose or fall off. 2. The discharge opening is too small to let the bottom of the two jaw plates strike each other.
Solution: 1. Fasten or resupply the bolt 2. Adjust the discharge opening to ensure the proper clearance between two jaw plates.
