Hammer crusher can crush the material with 600-1800mm granularities to 25mm or below. Rotor consists of main shaft, hammer frame, hammer head, locking device, bearing, bearing seat, sealing device and belt pulley, etc. In which, rotor plays an important role in hammer crusher. The main shaft of rotor is equipped with flat key, two disc, spacer bush, rocker and roundness hammer.
In daily life, the rotor will appear more or less problems:
1. The rotor is unbalanced at the beginning.
2. The main shaft is deformed, bent, or unbalanced. Reason: The crusher works for a long period.
3. Repair and replacement of hammer head. Reason: The hammer head is easy to be worn, after a long time, it needs to be replaced. The arrangement of hammer head is strictly accordance with the weight. If some hammer heads are worn seriously, the rotor will unbalance, so as to damage the machine to influence the production efficiency.
4. Rotor bearing abrasion.
When the above problems appeared, we need to replace the rotor. Following is the replacement method.(Take slag crusher as example)
(1). Adjust the clearance between rotor and impact plate. Do not adjust when the rotor is running. If the materials are left between impact plate and shell, before adjust the clearance, lift the impact frame, the materials become loose that is easy to adjust.
(2). Replacement of wearing parts. Open the back of top frame, loose the connecting bolt of back of top frame and the box, and then open the top frame slowly.
(3). Replacement of plate hammer. Open the back of top frame by special tools, and turn the rotor by hand to turn the plate hammer that need to be replaced to the access door, finally fix the rotor.
(4). Replacement of impact plate. Open the back of top frame firstly, and then replace the impact plate by dismantling the split pin, slotted nut, and bolt that used to fix the impact plate.
(5). Adjustment of liner plate. Open the back of top frame, and then exchange the serious worn plate and the less worn plate.
