Effective Methods of Maintenance and Repair the Vibrating Screen

In this text, we will talk about the maintenance and repair of vibrating screen

When vibrating screen leaves the factory, the vibrator is being well lubricated. It is also has the function of erosion resistance. The expiration period is 3 months. Once it is expired, please replace the new lubricant.

Normally, the working temperature of the new shaft shall not over 75℃. The new vibrator needs a process to let it get the best condition so it is normal that the temperature will be a bit much higher than normal. But after running for about 8 hours, its temperature should be stable. But if the temperature is still rising and keeps in a high level, please check the oil circuit, oil level and the cleanness of the oil.

The oil tank of the vibrating screen should be filled with lubricants. Since the vibrating machine is working under the condition of dust environment, please frequently change the lubricant. When changing the V-belt, please loose the blot of the motor to facilitate the putting of the belt into the slot. Do not use stick and other object to lever the V-belt. The tension of the V-belt should be properly, the belt wheel should be precisely match the belt. The first adjustment of the tension let the machine working 48 hours and adjustment it once again.

The bolt that connecting the vibrator and the screening box is with high strength, please don’t use the normal bolt as a substitution for it. Please regularly check the tension bolt, at least once a month. Any loosing of the bolt may lead to the broken of other bolts, which may cause the broken of the vibrating screen. The connection parts of the vibrating screen will be connected by rivets, they can be replaced by high strength bolts/ All the interfaces and wholes should be smooth and make sure there is no metal scrap, dust, oil spot, rust left on the surface.

Vibrating screen used high strength bolts, nuts and spacers. All these parts shall subject to the standards of the requirements of the <Bolts and Nuts Application Standard>.
