1. Chemical Cleaning
Chemical Cleaning is based on reason of the chemical reaction of acid and metal oxide so that to get rid of metal corrosion product on the surface of the sand making machine. This descaling method, which is known as pickling, can only be operated in the workshop.

2. Light Pneumatic or Electric Rust Removing
This descaling apparatus are mainly powered by electricity or compressed air, assembly with appropriate cleaning device. To meet the cleaning requirements of various kinds of occasions, they can do reciprocating motion or rotation. Angle grinder, wire brush, pneumatic needle descaling apparatus, pneumatic chipping hammer, tooth-type rotary rust removal, etc..These apparatus belong to half mechanization equipment with the features of light and high mobility and can be applied to rust and old coating removal application. They can be used to do coarsen treatment to old coating, but can't reach high quality surface processing quality. And the working efficiency is relatively low compared with compressed-air blast cleaning. 3.  High-pressure Water Abrasive Rust
This method is using impact effect of high pressure water jet (with the effect of abrasive grinding) and the prized role of water to damage the corrosion coating on the steel of the adhesion plate. This kind of descaling method is no dust pollution. It improves the descaling efficiency without damaging the steel plate, and the descaling quality is good and the speed can reach more than 15 m2 / h. But after cleaning of steel plate, the rust is easy to return to the coating with wet cleaning coating, causing coating for general function has a great influence on the coating.

4. Smearing of Anti-oxidation Paint
This kind of descaling method is coated on the surface of iron products with mineral oil, or porcelain enamel, powder coating, etc. By using methods such as electroplating, hot dip to form plating layers on the metal, the steel surface is not easy to rust. There are many kinds of material for plating layers, such as zinc, tin, chromium, nickel, etc. Thus the metal surface can form a high dense oxide film, so as to prevent iron products from getting rust when exposed to air and water.
