How to determine whether the mill is functioning properly or not, there are usually two methods.
The first method is to check the materials out of the ground degrees, if it is desirable, and beating little, then it is evidenced that the operation of the mill is normal, it means the granularity size and moisture content of the material is good, the suitable steel bars grade is also good.
The second method is to listen to the sound of the mill, one is steel bars, and the voice should be loud and clear, but if there is no sound of steel bars combat liner sound, if there is no impacting sound, this means there is much material in the store, then should stop feeding immediately, if the mill sound is loud, the impacting voice is strong, it means the material of the mill is little, then should add feeding amount. When changing the feeding amount, should not become too much, should gradually adjust it little by little.
