3. The cast steel bearing base ensures the perfect match with frame, avoid the unnecessary radial load for the bearing caused by tightening the combined bearing base, which ensures the bearing running more stable.
4. JC Series jaw crusher adopts mechanical or hydraulic discharging opening adjustment device. The double wedges adjustment method is more simple, safety, and fast compared to the washer adjustment, which greatly save the downtime.
5. Electric motor base and crusher frame are installed as a whole, which not only save the installation space of jaw crusher, but also reduce the length of V belt. Since the frame, motor base and the motor move synchronously, the adjustable motor base can achieve the adjustment of V belt to prolong its service life.
