1. Liner plate has crushing effect: Liner plate is to crush the material by the received impacting force that generates from the hammer plate, and rebound the crushed material to the impact area for the further crushing to get the required products granularity. At the same time, liner plate has good shock-resistance performance.
2. Liner plate has protection effect: If the ore impacting force is larger than the received impacting force that the liner plate can afford, that means the non-crushed materials entering into the crushing cavity making the load too much, the impact plate retract and lift automatically, which increase the discharging opening and discharge the non-crushed materials.
